योगः चित्तवृत्तिनिरोधः
Yoga, Qigong and meditation as a living practice. A place to move with awareness, breathe more deeply and meet yourself as you are.
From the Himalayas to wherever you are.
Julia’s teaching begins with the body and opens into the whole of life. Her practice draws on classical yoga, Sanskrit study, Qigong and meditation, shaped by years of living and teaching in Nepal and India.
Each session invites a quieter kind of attention: alignment without force, breath without hurry, and space to notice what is already present. You can arrive with experience or begin exactly where you are.
